How it works

Inspect, fix the part closest to the enquiry, then see what matters next.

Every engagement follows the same practical pattern, whether it is a one-hour tracking check or a multi-week website cleanup.

1. Initial review

Send the site URL and a rough description of the problem or goal. The first review looks at the actual setup: what is installed, what is working, what is wasting attention.

2. Practical diagnosis

A focused audit of the specific area that needs attention: speed, forms, tracking, mobile layout, plugin conflicts, SEO basics, or workflow gaps.

3. Clear fix plan

A prioritised list of the next steps with the expected outcome of each change. No vague recommendations. Each item connects to a customer action or business result.

4. Execution and notes

The fixes are applied with clear documentation of what changed, why, and what the business should watch next. No locked-in retainers or ongoing commitments.

5. Follow-up (optional)

If the work creates useful results and the business wants to continue, the next scope is identified the same way: inspect, prioritise, fix, document.

The approach fits if any of these sound familiar

  • A WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built site that needs practical fixes.
  • A GA4 or GTM setup that may not be capturing the events the business needs.
  • A website that looks fine but does not seem to generate reliable enquiries.
  • A manual workflow that is wasting hours of admin time every week.
  • An SEO or tracking gap on the most important service pages.

Not sure if it fits?
